Intake, exaust, short throw shifter to get rid of the full arm shifts and sct tune.I've done all of them on my mach edition but the fidanza short throw shifter enables you to shift twice as fast and makes it feel like a different car not your grandma's focus anymore lol and if you upgrade your engine mounts along with shifter assembly it feels awesome!

how difficult is it for a DIY-er to put in a short throw shifter?

@Maxwell bid it all depends on your mechanical skill but for me it took about an hour or so after a few beers and taking my time

well I've definitely learned a lot from being on this site and just general google searches and doing everything on my car myself (aside from having a shop replace my clutch) for the ~7 months I've owned my Focus. before that I never really knew how to do much besides change my oil but I'm learning quickly, and it's fun as hell. is the STS a "bolt-on" mod or does it require anything complicated?

STS is bolt on level for sure, not too complicated.

It's a bolt on. But can be kinda tricky adjusting everything perfect.
