No one wants to run nitrous because it is illegal. Yet people modify their head lights, tint their tail lights, go illegal tint, emmissions crap, all of this and that is their excuse because it is "illegal".

First of all, why are you running nitrous on the street? Secondly most don't carry a bottle around with them. If your running nitrous on the street then your either breaking excessive speed which is illegal, or your street racing which is even worse.

When you have nitrous in your car it doesn't scream I HAVE NITROUS I HAVE NITROUS!!! It's a tank, no sound difference, unlike the loud raspy ass exhaust of a header'ed 4banger, it doesn't scream look at my pitch black windows like tint does. It does nothing more attention grabbing than putting a sticker IN your trunk/hidden area.

When you do spray nitrous you may hear a light hissing sound is all. No one the wiser really would know. I know right now I can buy two complete nitrous kits for the price of a header. Used kits (around here) go for 200-300$ complete, with an auto you will want a window switch which would be another 50-100$ MAX. My little 50 shot makes my car from a grandma car to a respectable 4 cylinder sedan, for whatever that is worth and the best part about it is, I am as quiet as a stock car.

A stock ZETEC engine is good up to 240-250 WHP when boosted. After that, you will have issues.

I realize that I would need a bottom end upgrade. Not looking for 240 hp by any means lol looking for the 175- 200 range. It still smokes most of the civics around here. Was thinking bigger cams throttle body and a short ram

You got one of those mods right, cams. Throttle body and intake are tiny things. For the 400$ you spend on those get a tune from Tom or buy a nitrous kit and throw down real power.

Tb feels nicer than stock to me. More responsive. Tune for me, I wouldn't worry about cams until you break an internal.

You will not get more than ~130hp on stock cams.

Now choose parts accordingly.
