tuning in Portland, OR?

Hi. I have a 2006 ZX3 although this post is about one of my other cars, which is a Zetec-powered Caterham Super Seven. It is heavily modified (ITBs, ported head, cams, raceline sump, Pectel T2 ECU/harness) and relatively new to me. Anyhow according to my wideband it runs very rich across most throttle/rpm ranges (AFRs are between 8.0 - 11.5) and I would like to take it to someone local who is familiar with dyno tuning modified Zetec motors (if there is such a shop nearby). Given that there are a LOT more modified Focus' out there than Caterhams, I thought I would ask here (plus, I do in fact own a Focus, although it is 100% unmodified).

Does anyone have any recommendations in or around Portland, Oregon? I would really prefer someone with experience tuning Zetecs, and ideally has some familiarity with Pectel T2 ECUs. I do have all the software and cabling to connect to the ECU by the way.

Thanks! Here's a picture of my motor for reference...

So - how would that work? Can you do it remotely while the car is at someone else's dyno? Is that something routinely done?

thanks!
