I have the megs griots rupes 21 and 75 mini. Prefer the rupes but the griots and Meg's will get the job done. I would suggest the griots due to the lifetime warranty. Buy a smaller backing plate like a 3 in to use with small pads for tighter areas.

Ok guys, I'm going to get a Rupes 15 kit, but which one? #1 is the Rupes kit w/ rupes pads & products. #2 is a Autogeeks combo using Wolfgang uber compound & finshing glaze w/ Hydro-tech pads & #3 is a Chemical guys kit using their V series products v34,v36,v38 & hex logic pads. They're w/ in $10. of each other.

I just bought a Flex XC 3401, but I haven't used it yet. I suppose I can put a review or results on here after I polish and wax my car. I'm using (mostly) Optimum products because I already had their optimum no rinse and car wax so I figured why not?

That Flex 3401 is a great machine as that is my #2 pick for a premuim machine. What pads are you using?

Here's the kit I bought: http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-flex-polisher-kit.html

Again, I haven't used it yet, but I just have the stock 5.5" hook and loop backing pad with 6.5" CCS pads (orange, white, and black came in the kit)

I also got that free blue Lake County pad.
