Time to part with the Focus-Need opinion

Its finally time for me to part with my focus. Its brought be many good times and lots of fun but the time is comming to an end.
I need some opinions on what my next car should be. I have narrowed it down to these last couple that are in my price range (which is no higher then $23k). Let me know what you think becuase i am stuck, and if you have a something other then on the list let me know but i WILL NOT buy an srt-4!

1) VW GTi vr6
2)Nissan sentra SER spec-v
3)Mazda 3
4)Toyota celica GTS
5)Hyundia tiburon gt v6
6)MINI cooper S
7)SVT Focus
8)Scion TC

I am leaning more towards the SE-R spec v, Scion tc or the mini cooper because they are the most bang for the buck besides the SVT focus (which are hard to locate around vermont). What do you think?

go for the mini, they just look so different from everything else and they are supercharged right from the factory.

btw, have you checked insurance prices? the difference between my zx3 and a svt was huge amount, my insurance would have went up %150.

I'd say tC, those things are hot and the interior of all scions are awesome. plus there are going to be a ton of aftermarket parts out for it because scions are all basically made for tuners. plus, it's hot!

I voted MINI, you have a lot of tough choices up there though... the only ones I wouldn't have on the list were the Celica and Tiburon. The decision is ultimately yours, obviously, but to help us understand your new choice, why is it the end of the line for your Focus?

Just something for you to consider too. I personally think the Mini is just fun and different, I rarely see the things over here but I would'nt mind having one myself. The factory supercharger is nice too! I just think owning one would be neat and enjoyable... do you live in a harsh VT area that would accomodate the car? Of course, you drive a Focus so I guess a Mini would be OK too.

Good luck with your decision, and keep us posted!

I'd take the Mazda 3 or Mini.

OT: Can you post some close-up pictures of your Rage wheels? Did you get them from tires.com?

I like the TC. However, for the money limit you set, I would personally choose a V-6 Mustang.

I am getting rid of the focus beacuse i am sick of the little problems that are always going wrong with it. I also think it is time to step up my car to something a bit faster.

hotfocus-here is a close up of the enduros. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...icture_014.jpg
No i didnt get them off of tires.com, i got them off a fellow focusfanatic actually. you can also see them on my car at my car domain site: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/562094/2

I can't SVT , since like you said they ARE hard to find. I had to go with the Mini, get that cool orange color that they have, that one is sweet. But if your looking towards the convertible SuperCharged, I think those are at $25k and up. If I'm not mistaken, well in whatever you decide good luck .
