If they brought them to Australia I would easily spend the equivalant of $25,000 USD on one.
The top models in Asutralia are the Zetec and ST170. No Turbo models, but if I have my way, I will get a Zetec and put a turbo kit on it.

sorry to say guys, but i must say ive gotten my focus and i love it, but i love Dodge too and nuthin ford has can even touch the SRT-10 Viper, not a Saleen, not a Cobra, nuthin. Im not puttin Ford down, i like em too, but itll take a lot and i mean a hell of a lot for a lil Foci like all of us own to compete with Dodge Power like the Viper, or even the SRT-4.

the GT is a supercharged V8, ford will never give us a focus from the factory that will be able to hang with any of the new performance boxes from toyota, and honda, and dodge, we all know ther will be a corolla soon that will beat us? A COROLLA!!!!I dont' even want to think about it

Dont worry about the corolla. SVT will pound it to the ground. There is something about imports making engines with tiny pistons so it can get tons of horsepower but little amounts of touque. well, get this SVT drivers!! SVT had 170hp and 145ft-lb. the competion had corolla with its 170 hp(that seems impressive) but the AWESOME POWER OF TORQUE which beats the the SVT by a mile is 127ft-lbs ( BEING SARCASTIC)
Even though the import world seems like its gaining on you. Just think you can make your car better than theres. And also you are an american and you drive an american car. (I dont hate foreign people, business men or what ever. Thank you for reading |
