oh I heard that the corrola was gonna be like the 180-190 hp range out of a 1.8, which I know builds torque like a dead horse, and screams like a banshee when it's putting out peak power....

I dont' mean screams like a banshee in a good way either, I mean it sounds like it's gonna blow

Thumbs up

i think that the RS is what the Svtf should have been from the beginning. The current engine in the Svtf just doesn't cut it for me. It seems that Cosworth should really go back to the drawing board because the new 2.3lL engine is breathing down its neck. I hope that the RS comes ashore here because:
1) I get a Z plan discount on it :-))))
2) It would be a real Svtf with a REAL engine in it
3) I could finally show my next door neighbors' SRT-4 MY TAILIGHTS
4) The RS bodykit is P.I.M.P.
5) The current Svtf is being put out of production, great chance to fill the void with a REAL tuner car from Ford :-))
6) Ford needs this car b/c not everybody has $150K to lay down on a new GT :- /
7) The RS establishes instant street cred. among tuner crowd and I don't have to frown about having a stupid 2 stage pos manifold that takes fo eva to reach redline

Anyways, hope ya'll don't bite my head off for trying to add a little fuel to the fire! : -)

trying ot keep up? dude your wayoff, focus RS= equivalent of $30k, SRT 4= around$20k, thats another 10 k for mods.......theres no way the RS could compete, its too damn exspensive for its power, in american we judge cars by power
