Guys with custom exhausts with cut outs for tips:

How are you making sure your tips are centered when cutting into the bumper? Just measuring the width of the tips and the total length of the rear valence?

Each one is 18" off center on our system. Matches up to the Zetec/ ford styling kit... 36" apart

Hatch 90's enroute to prod. Facility, once jigs are done they go back to tx, and our test fit final system comes here. Will have it pictured and pix of install for instructions. Then if all fits great, we are a GO

Im really interested in getting a dual exhaust that goes out at an angle behind the rear tires.

Probably gonna go with a Borla muffler and some rectangle tips. Anyone done so and liked it?

At an angle? Sooo you're wanting to dump just behind the tires like an older V-8 car? Using a transverse mounted single in dual out muffler ya may have to put it in with the inlet in the rear and both exhaust port in frt to get the correct geometry to look right goin out there
