Dual Zone A/C

Has anyone had issues with the dual zone a/c? In my ST3, the left side always blows around 43-47, the right side will blow cold, then go up to well over 60. Then back down, then up again. It has been in the dealership many times. No progress. I have over an hour of videos of this happening. Anyone had this happen? I have had the right side blow warmer than the outside air.

I don't think I've had this issue, although the a/c was over charged from the factory and it would fluctuate warmer. It looked like I had seen some oil from the compressor on the engine oil pan at the first oil change, but the dealer claimed it was not under charged when it was not performing properly.

There may be a temperature differential between vents but 15 + F seems a bit extreme.
