Timing Belt

I am thinking of getting a new timing belt. My question is which timing belt is the better one to get and what is the recommended mileage before you change you timing belt.

The best one is the Kent Competition Cam Belt from Focus Sport or Bat

i think i needs to be changed at 100k not sure though
