Looking to upgrade my struts

I have already lowered my 08 focus with a set of eibach sport line springs. I was trying to figure out what I have for options on struts because I don't want to do coilovers just yet. Not sure what brands to look at and if there are many options for our gen focus. Is there any struts that fit on another car that would be able to be swapped over? Thanks for the help guys

There's not to much out there I'm not so sure that the ford racing kit is still around either if you really want to open up your options buy the massive omni kit.

Would the massive omni kit work with my eibach struts already? I saw it was saying that it will work with any earlier year focus

okay so i've looked into if my eibach sportline kit could be transfered over to struts for an 05 focus. the part numbers are different i'm assuming that means they can't be transfered over. so i guess that leaves me to having to put on coilovers on.

does anyone know of any other coil overs that bolt on other that the h&r street performance set? other than going with the massive omni kit? trying to see what all my options are for this gen suspension.

You can use 05-07 springs. I think the strut number may say different because of the top hats are different. So if your using an 05-07 spring you will need your 2008 top hat to get it to work. I can't recall any difference in the shock part (I guess is the best way to put it) of the two models.

You'll need the ''Omni kit'' to use the '00-'05 struts in a '06+ car. The '06+ springs also have a pigtail on the bottom of the spring & the '06+ struts setup to except the pigtail springs. You can't mix the springs & struts between the yrs. The earlier setup is popular w/ the suspension manufactors. If you don't want to use the Omni sleeves, then a pr of '05 only spindles would work. '05 spindles take the earlier diameter struts & the bigger ball joints of the '06+ cars.
