Who rebuilt your converter for that stall speed?

Lentech is the place to go they built me the first Focus ATX and it went in my 2000 Focus and help 723HP to the wheels , had trans brake , 1800 stall , LSD and much much more and I loved it tracked the 1/4 at 10.95 @ 137 MPH full body Focus , there is no better trans on the market and worth every penny

I wouldnt go above a 1800 stall on the Focus anything above that for the street/track would be not friendly

Just because you have a 3500 stall does not mean the car isnt going to move till you get to 3500 , I have seen 4000 stalls move the cars at 1500rpm its all in how tight the converter is set , TQ the engine is making , gear ratio etc

Tom
So if i was to do a turbo and just run it at 8-10 psi with an tune i wont have to worry about blowing up my car? Would you recommend i get the alto gears and a 1800 stall with this application or no? just not wanting to waste money on stuff if i dont need to! thank you for all the help!

If u put 8 to ten pounds and baby it u will be fine but if u start beating it your direct clutch will look like mine. No matter how high you tune the line pressure the lack of needed clutches to transfer the power is not there. Def go with the alto kit it was about 350 for the band and clutch kit with power pack.
