Tuning/ecu and the p2004 code

So I've got the P2004 code, IMRC stuck open. We've replaced the solenoid and the vacuum, still not working. Actually it works for about 3-4 seconds then gets stuck open again. Any chance the ECU that controls it could have been affected by the aftermarket tune? It's been fine up to this point which is about 6-8 months with the tune.

You more than likey need the electronic vacuum switch. A tune wouldn't have anything to do w/ that.
