Focus Fanatic Magazine

I have read through the whole magazine of Focus Fanatic fall issue 2003. I know all you die hard foci fans are out there as well that have already purchased and read this magazine.

I have only one question for all of you. Should we rename the Focus Fanatic magazine to Focus ZX3 and SVT showroom, I did not see one ZTS SEDAN in that whole issue. It is a Ford Focus Fanatic Mag and it should have all styles of foci other than the zx3 and svt. I am sorry if I am sounding harsh, but I was rather appauled, (being a ZTS owner), that they did not even picture, (NOT EVEN AN PICTURE), of a ZTS, unless you want to count the one that is a computer image that shows the new PEZEV engine that the new 2004 carries now as stock in all foci.

All I ask is if this is supposed to be a focus fanatic mag then why not show ALL models of the focus, I know there are a lot of Sedans out there that are hot, tricked out, and ready for magazine show.

I just want opinions, I gave mine, now lets here yours, lets show the editors at focus fanatic that there is more out there than just ZX3's and SVT's

keep in mind this was the 1st issue. All and all the other Foci don't sell to the age bracket and type of people they want to buy this mag. In all honesty do u htink that from ages 16-25 or w/e the age bracket is the people in that group that like to mod there cars go out to buy a Foci in search for sedans? I say wait fir more issues if there is to be another issue

Being a wagon owner, I did notice that there were some featured wagons, I was happy to see that. If you read the front editors page they have a sight for email as to how you liked the mag, email them, say you liked it, and then voice your conserns.

I haven't been able to find an issue of it around here, just wondering what you guys thought about the magazine? Was it worth the money?

At the Columbus NMRA show this summer where my Mustang won 5.0 Mustang's editors chouce, my focus won the Sport Compact class, and the show manager said that my Focus was the first Focus to win this new class. Wish this mag was around then... I like the clutch install article!

Good thing about owning a Focus sedan is that when you go to a show, you stand out, because there are very few of them there. Just keep that in mind.

i'm starting to think that this magazine doesn't really exist and that people are playing games with me! since the beginning of the month, i have checked every magazine rack in every store i've been in (b&n (2), borders, grocery stores, wal-marts, pep boys, 7-11, etc.) and NO ONE HAS IT! i've had them check databases, and they show no listing for it at all. i'm seriously getting really pissed. are people just buying them all and selling them on ebay for 5-10 times the price, or do SD stores just have a thing against focii? if ANYONE in the SD/So-Cal area knows where I can get this thing (at the original price), LET ME KNOW!!!

Mike

Mike, I bought mine at the Wal-Mart next to Fry's (I-8, I-15). They sell it for only 3.59 instead of 3.99
