Valve seat failure just a couple ??'s

would like opinions I'm going to fix my 2.0 spi that has 133k miles and unfortunaley was a victim to valve seat failure i see the piston and cylinder head was nicked a little im trying to decide if its completely necessary to to change the piston and repair then cylinder head.. thank you for taking the time to look at my post

replace the head and the piston of the cylinder that dropped the valve. the other ones should be OK. MAKE SURE to clean out the intake manifold though.
