Not sure if I would trust that reading.. I think stock the SVT is like 7.2 or right around that. I don't think the K&N kit is going to give you almost .5 seconds IMHO If it is acurate then you are an awsome driver.

Well at stock supposedly it was reading me at 6.95 0-60, I've gotten a little more comfortable with the car now too. That was my best time I had to do a couple runs to get the launch perfect. I dunno how good of a driver I am, I'm not really a good judge.

THat definitely sounds right if you have an intake. You have to remember, .1-.3 seconds... thats soooooo little time. A second in 0-60 makes a big difference, but a car with good driver will probably fluctate in time by .5 seconds or so. Nice to have a car 0-60 in under 7 seconds, makes it sound alot faster, even if its only .3 seconds hehe.

In my opinon reading how those things work they are pretty accurate. You have to think, even a dyno is only as acurate as the conditions you dyno'd in (humidity, temp, elevation, etc..) so nothing is really dead on but I think they are cool. They work of some fancy gyro's and stuff which measure inertia and does the calculations and such. The price has dropped like mad in the last 2 years or so. When they first came out Car and Driver and MotorTrend were advertising the hell out of them for around $300 dollars now the same ones two years later are $30 on ebay, pretty amazing I think.
