I haven't used the kits from RockAuto. I had planned to but the bleeders in my front calipers both snapped while trying to remove them (broke flush both sides) so I had to replace my calipers. I just got mine at NAPA locally for 85 per side for the fronts. They also have a $26 core charge. Part numbers CAL SE5398A and CAL SE5397A are the parts I got. They match the factory SVT calipers perfectly. As far as the rebuild kits go, as long as you go slow and follow the included instructions there is no reason they won't last as long as they did before the rebuild again.

I don't care for the green stuff pads. Are you looking for a budget setup or performance ?

Baer brakes track kit #4261001= 13'' rotors w/ PBR calipers would fit the bill. Works w/ your stock svt wheels.

With which group are you going to run on track? I run the Baer kit myself and love it. That said, the SVT system when given real race pads is adequate for all but the hardest of drivers who are running true race tires.

Good to see another NC track guy.

Yea, you could run a set of desent rotors & track style pads. But I'd go for a BBK for a track car.
