I donno if someone posted more but I have a 01' ZX3 with 260k miles on it and still going strong had a minor oil leak recently but fixed it easily.

I've seen well maintained fleet foci with 600k on stock engines... never had the head or pan pulled. They were zetec based

second owner. had 130k when i got it. has exhaust, intake underdrive crank pully. ran it 3 weekends at summit point racetrack redline all the way.now it has 260k

Mine had right at 105k when I pulled the first motor.... bearings had hardly any wear and still had a distinct cross hatch on the cylinder walls
