Thanks, I'll keep it in mind if this does not work, but the vibration is there standing still and changes as the engine rpm changes. I also put a jack under the engine and just took a little weight off the passenger side mount and the vibrations nearly dissapeared. Hoping to replace it today.

2000 ZTS with 173k. Bought it new. So far I've only had to change, oil, few sets of new tires, timing belt, thermostat housing, alternator and a batter. I'm hoping to get another 100k miles.

its been front ended at 120xxx, but 16k and 3000 miles across the country... it runs well enough

How did the motor mount replace go? Was it hard to do? How long did it take?

2000 Kona zx3 zetec 144k.

Zetec passenger side motor mount is easy. Takes about 15-20 minutes max to do.

Yea, it was easy. It took me about 30 minutes, including getting called back in the house to help DW with something. It made a big difference. Not sure if the other 2 need replacing or not, but things are a lot smoother and quieter now.

have an;..02 zetec dohc with 133,045 miles on it brought it brand new ..in the middle of replacing the timing belt,pulleys and setting the timing..will kept you posted on the out-come ..need the camshaft tool..& the timing peg order it should be here soon...
