My car born on 07/01' I bought it with 52 or 54k mi on it. Replaced motor at about 70k-80k mi with a motor that hag 40k and some change on it. Replaced tranny about 145k mi and I'm about to roll over to 150k mi here in about one tank of gas about 300 more miles to go. I never replaced the timming belt and its about time to do that for this motor (motor probably has 100-120k mi on it now. I did'nt blow the old motor if thats what ya'll are thinking. It went due to the PO owners just quickly taking off parts and slapping the stock stuff back on. PO did'nt tq the crank pulley down and the bolt backed off and snapped the end of the crank all the way to the timing gear. Was just going to bolt new pulley on but motor was knocking on cyl #3 after that. Crank pulley is a harmonic dampner and when that was shaking wobbling like crazy the crankshaft just did'nt like it lol. Overall my car should mechanically go over 200k mi with no major problems. Though all the stuff bolted to the engine has 150k mi on lol the hard parts don't though lol

01 zx3 with 156xxx on original motor. Last october my engine mount snapped, that was a fun one 3 days after a major surgery. But she is still running like a champ! Had the timing belt done at 150xxx.

01 with 86k and change on the car. have 22k on the second motor after a little to much spray destroyed # 1 rod two years ago. Oh yea it was worth it I had 4 cars on a turbo civic and she blew about 20yds from the finish and coasted across. I love that car.

2000 SE with 140K miles. Bought new. Other than regular maintenance, I've had an AC issue (resolved), 2 serpentine belts (1st replacement belt was wrong size), turn signal stopped ticking, something with the front wheel bearing, timing belt and dropped #3 valve.

Over all, I LOVE this car!!!!! I think for the miles, the fixing is cheap. Esp since in the last year and a half I put 40K on it

I've still got low miles cause my '03 zx3 sat on the dealer lot for several years. 29K, going on 30. Bought it a year ago with 14K mile on the odometer, so I've been putting some miles on her, but nothings broke yet. (knocking on wood).

03 ZX3 Now with 140k on it, brought it with me to Germany and routinely go 110mph with no problems, of course it has a few mods. It's fun to see euro Focus owners look on in amazement that our ZX3 is so quick!
