please help new to obd2 diagnostics

hello everyone Im working on a friends 2003 zx5 vin3 2.0 zetec. the car has been here 6 months it started over a timing belt. when the timing belt broke it caused internal engine damage so she decided to go with a rebuilt long block. took her up till a few weeks ago to save for it. last week I got the lonblock from the shop, assembled it and installed it now I have a p2195 dtc "o2 sensor switch stuck lean''. im new to ob2 as I normally work on carburated vehicles, I was told to data stream first so I did. 02s1 seems to be switching a lot like I was told it should (.2-.9) but at idle (idles horiblly) reads .03- .07, I did not even pay attention to s2 at first but noticed on the freeze data it was .0 could this cause my problem? also at idle my maf was .6lb/m and timing was 28, does this seem right? ive tried searching for a reference to compare but couldn't find anything. she doesn't have much to spend on parts so I need to narrow this down before I buy smthn she might not need. I also sprayed the intake and vacume lines w starting fluid thinkin it could be a vacuum leak still came up with nothing. if anyone could help me with reference values it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

thanks tom I would deff appreciate the help, I tried a lil while ago Ill pm you my #
I did some more data logging and o2 #1 goes from .1-.9 and #2 was .0-.07 at cold start (1300rp) with the code erased, runs 3-5 mins drops to under 1000rpm and runs like crap, then 02 #1 goes .03-.07 and stays there from 800rpm to 2500rpm.
