that is the Reiger R-RX....you can get it from www.european-parts.net

you don't need to replace the rebar, just modify it possibly.....depending on which bumper ya get ( with or with-out turns in the bumper ) and what year ya got ( most early cars need just a little trim at the ends to clear the turn buckets while later models don't )

When putting anything euro on the front of your car (bumpers, etc) you more then likely will have to do some grinding/cutting of the rebar on your North American focus to get it to fit properly (which it eventually can).
