VHT has red, I just picked up a can on clearance at work for 5 cents :p

And if you change your mind it washes right off with "goof off" aerosol spray

Mmm I was leaning more towards a tint like window tint. If there is such thing in red for lights. Idk if I can trust myself spraying my tails haha. Ill keep that in mind though. Have you used the spray?

i did my led tails earlier this year with it. just cleaned them really well, i don't trust my wetsanding skills or the lack thereof lol. i redid them several times and used gasoline to remove it. i also removed them from the car so i did not have to worry about overspray. on a side note, don't be an idiot like me and forget to mask off the reverse lights, the tails themselves are plenty bright enough though.

That's exactly how I want it! But the third brake light red as well. You used the spray?

You can use VHT or red taillight tint. I would suggest towards the taillight tint

here is exactly what i used (i bought mine at autozone):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/VHT-SP888-Ni...a5ac2f&vxp=mtr

i had the lightest tint on my tails before. this was the exact brand i had before:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pro-Precut-S...7b6d1f&vxp=mtr
you will need this too if you want to upgrade to red:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/RED-Sample-S...item4d032042b4

i just might have to figure out how to get the third brake light out to tint it too:) i love that idea, don't know why i didn't think of that!
