Ford Racing Tach driver Help. Install questions

I am trying to wire this to my SRT-4 to get a clean tach signal for a piggyback computer. I know black is ground and red is 12v power. Does the green wire get sliced into the tach signal wire going to the coil? And the two wires coming out the back in the is the white one the cleaned tach signal? thanks for the help in advance.

The green wire goes to the tach its self. The other wires go to the Crank sensor. If i remember right.

it seems odd to put a ford racing tach into a dodge.
