Regardless, you still need to know how to remove the rear parcel shelf to fix it if your car is out of the bumper-to-bumper warranty.

I removed it already, it was not really hard.
That would be why I said "new" "cloth" to replace "foam".

The TSB covers the replacement under B2B warranty, my car is out so I'd have to pay up for Ford Labor or do it myself.

The wifes 12 SE sedan has had this for quite a while. She never noticed it but when she gave me a ride to our dealer to pick mine up I had the guy look at it(along with the hazed up headlight), he took pics and said we'd hear back in a day or so.......
So, about 2 wks later no word from them, just like the crap I went through to get things fixed on my car.

I feel ya! Ford Mx is acting the same way: you never heard back from them.

Thank you all for help.

The TSB 13-3-20 is really what I needed. But I rather do it by myself than spend couple hours in dealership. Unfortunately FordParts.com is a piece of hell. Spent about an hour trying to order the new cloth for replacement but still not successful.

Black window screen works fine. Glue gun it. Also, the reason for the foam is to equalize the air pressure between the truck and cabin especially when slamming doors and trunk lid shut. Good luck

The official part is about $8.00 at the dealer. Fold your rear seatback forward to see the push fasteners that hold the shelf in.

The new material is thicker and matches the shelf material.

Part numbers:

Black: DM5Z-5446506-AB
Tan: DM5Z-5446506-AA

TSB with instructions
