I looked briefly at distribution blocks, but really wanted something that could be unplugged without tools. If I am unable to get a good connection between the wire and powerpoles, it's definitely the way I'll go.

I bought some 'industrial' velcro and stapled strips of the hooks to the bottom of the sub box. It's actually kind of hard to remove as it pulls up the whole floor of the hatch. It won't be sliding anywhere and I'm getting too old to drive too crazy.
