I got mine from FSWERKS. Comes powdercoated too. Shipped it cost me $114.

You didn't specify if your Foci is a Zetec or a Duratec so here's the links to both :P

Zetec:

front/rear? What are you hoping to help by going with a strut brace?

I have front upper and rear, cant say i noticed much of a difference from adding either. I like the front one as it gives me something to lean on when doing things in the engine bay. The rear sort of just takes up some trunk space.

I ended up with them as they were being sold pretty inexpensively used, figured i would try them out.

Also, to echo what Theta SIgma wrote...FSWerks is located in Anaheim, so depending where you live in LA, might be a close drive and save you on shipping. They also have some listed on clearance that have some blemishes:

Thanks guys, that's where I got my cat back exhaust from. Works a treat. Maybe I'll have to pay them another visit.

I felt quite a difference in front end grip under cornering with my front strut brace. There's some lovely corners here I can throw my Foci into. Guess the difference depends on the car and what roads you have

We have a few roads her in SoCal. My two favourites are Angeles Crest Highway and Rte 39. Have to be careful of the motor bikes who also like them!

My car is an '03 Toreador red ZX3. I'm the 2nd owner. It's a Zetec. Previous owner was an elderly lady who only used it for shopping. Had 22,000 on it when I got it 2 yrs ago. Pristine condition inside obviously. Only mods so far are H & R lowering springs, Tokicos all round, 17" rims and 225 tyres, cat back stainless exhaust and tints all round. Just had the front and rear bumpers, hood and passenger side resprayed because of small dings and scratches. Now looks like new. Will post photos when I can figure out how to!

How much did the paint and body work run you?

To the OP, The bars can help a little for sure.
