03 2.0 spi rough idle, hesitation

Ok guys been looking through a lot if threads here which have helped a lot but problem persists. The motor is idling rough ( almost stalls). It also jerks little when u let off throttle going down the road. What I've replaced so far is: fuel filter, PCV valve n new line to TB. New egr valve, egr control solenoid n dpfe valve. Checked for vac leaks three times no leaks. Wiggled all wire connectors. Pulled n cleaned IAC even though it wasn't too bad. Check resistance on injectors all between 17- 17.5 ohms. This is an automatic and timing belt tensioner n water pump changed at 100k. Currently 108k. Not throwing a code. This one is driving me nuts. Any help surely would be appreciated. Thanks.ok since I posted this I've done the following: new iac new pcv and checked /tested maf sensor which tested good I.e good inputs and signal rises n falls with throttle. Also checked coil. No cracks anf resistance was good. Checked brake booster vac line. No cracks or leaks n check valve works fine. UPDATE: Car is at dealer. They found a problem with timing. Here after only 8k miles the spring in tensioner got weak n let the belt jump a tooth or two. I never gave timing a thought since belt etc was done recently.

Mine is a 2000 at about 129k right now, and often runs rough. It was stalling when driving last winter and early summer, and it turned out to be the coil pack. wasn't giving a great spark. I'd also do new plugs and wires while you're in there
