SVT Comp-O EAP Salvage Value

Insurance is trying to bone me as someone drove across my front lawn and "boned" my '03 Comp-O SVT EAP. The hit wasn't very hard but it is being totaled. They offered for me to buy it back for $2500. That seemed steep to me. I'll post pics of the damage when I can,but would anybody have the idea of the worth? Thanks for any help!

You can check around with local salvage yards to make sure the salvage value the insurance company quoted you seems correct. I think the SVT Focus is obsolete now and Ford no longer supplies parts except for what's in stock. And the Recaro seats may be expensive.

Try to get the seats front and back, rims, and headlights if you can as those are the unique items as thats like 2k worth of parts to the right buyer. I'd low ball the insurance in person with cash in hand as the car might be worth fixing if they gave you a big enough payout. The doors and 1/4's are basically the same as the zx3 so as long as you didn't get your frame all bent up worst case is a few grand in mostly body and paint.
