The TPMS are little boxes that have specific valve stems that screw into them. You'd know if you have them on the new wheels. It's likely you don't.

The shop can pull the old TPMS and put them on the new wheels, yes, you'd require new valve stems. If you do it that way, the car will still recognize the system, you needn't do anything.

Yeah $400 plus shipping is more like it but $650 isn't that bad. I got very lucky, I paid $450 with stock tires and tpms. Enjoy them and make sure u post pictures regardless!
