Apogies that I didn't post any pics! RL has got me running left, right and sideways.

I am sorry that I forgot to mention that you have to grind down that tab for the idle set screw, completely slipped my mind. I just did an aggressive 45 degree grind till the accelerator cable slid past with no hangups.

I have no idea about the wiring??? I didn't change any of mine, and again my TB didn't come with the TPS already in.

I did a whole motor build so to identify this one small item to say if it did or did not do anything is very difficult. mentally I think and hope it has done something if just better throttle response. realistically it likely did not do anything though.

And the way I did it was I got the new gasket and aligned it up and marked that. I think the gasket is actually larger than the 65mm opening of the TB.

I am also working with the Focus-Central TB and not the BBK. don't know how that changes my results if at any. I had the time and the curiosity to mostly do it.

I know after I added the 65mm BBK and ported the intake on my ZETEC powered Tribute it really woke up my throttle response. I had to completely change my way of starting from a stop. After the swap the throttle was like a hair trigger. I have to feather the gas to get her off the line without chirping the tires.

I never used to be able to spin the front tires off the line... now I can spin all 4. I'm not sure that it added any power but it definitely lets you get up into the power band faster. Having a set of .390" lift cams probably doesn't hurt ether. ;)

I noticed the same thing Ghost. I don't believe I had any hp gains (little if so) but my ZX3 gets into the powerband much quicker. I also have to feather the pedal, especially in all this snow.
