Soon to start modifying this beauty

Got an 00 zx3 few months back, any suggestions on what modifications I should do first?

Already done:
New cat-back exhaust system
Short ram air intake

Rims came on the car, not sure if I like them or not, I think it would look better if it was lowered a few inches.

General maintenance like, belts, hoses and tune up (plugs, filters, fluids) then.....1.5-2" drop, tint, different wheels.

I have progressive springs available, but should I wait until after winter?

Everything else is done.

EDIT: I wanted to do widened steelies on this thing, but not sure how they would fit.

I wouldnt wait, do you really get that much snow? Any lowering springs need dampers meant for a drop.

Get a tuner... Drop it 2" and move on to cai (short ram is just sucking in the engine heat, sounds nice but ur loosing hp), tb, headers, ect... Not necessarily in that order...
