Exclamation 2012 Focus FlexFuel *removal*

Greetings:
I am having incredible trouble trying to find information on DISABLING/REMOVING/BYPASSING the FlexFuel option on my 2012 Ford Focus SEL.

The vehicle is converted to CNG, and runs excellent (via EcoFuel equipment from Vancouver, BC).

When I fill up the unleaded gasoline tank, Flexfuel locks me out for 20-30 miles *everytime* before I can switch to my CNG. I need FlexFuel to *never* scan my contents for full E85 as this vehicle will never touch the stuff. It consistently gets in the way of things I'm doing, and I would like more than ANYTHING to bypass its BS checks so it doesn't lock me out again!

Details:
Ford Focus 2012
EDI ID: HKJ3
Style: SEL
Body: Hatchback
Transmission: Manual 5 speed

I am looking for ANY solution:

- custom software for a tuning unit (HP/SCT/anyone) and advice on what tuning unit to purchase
- a custom replicator sensor?
- mechanical bypass?
- custom hardware to achieve the desired result?
- advice on disabling/bypassing/removing Flexfuel scans and activity on this Focus by any other means not mentioned

I'm willing to pay *extra* to have a concrete solution ASAP. I've been searching for weeks to no avail and we really need this hurdle overcome like yesterday.

Any and all information is appreciated folks.

Thanks for your time

NW

It's a line mounted sensor correct?
What happens if you simply disconnect the sensor?

Other than an engine lamp I can't see the ECU defaulting to Ethanol tables. I'd think it'd run as normal.

Unfortunately the 12+ isn't well supported tuning wise yet. And there really is no slated tuning available.
Though there is a guy in the MKIII section that's selling something tuning related. I haven't looked into it at all.

So my best guess it to find the sensor information and make a dummy plug.
I would think a resistor and diode would make a simple fix. Just have to find what the ECU is looking for far as Voltage Return.

Hmm. I was hoping the answer wasn't that ;(

Would you happen to have a contact for the guy in the MKIII section, or a reference for a tuner/programmer for a job like this? I'm honestly willing to pay pretty good money to remedy this issue ASAP.

Here is a snapshot I took of the ECU/EDI (i dont know whats what to be quite honest) if it helps?:

Hey man get in contact with either tom at focus power or aric at injected. Theyve been tuning the mk3 for some time now. Idk why iminhell said it isnt supported tuning wise if there are two very good tuners availible with FSWerks' tune coming soon. Tom does custom lifetime tunes so i believe his tunes should be good for you. Get in contact. His user name is 1turbofocus

Hmmm honestly those two are the only two for now. :/ i really dont see how they wouldnt be able to help. Aric at injected has been working hard and was the first to get the ball rollin for mk3 tunes. And tom has been tuning foci for a long time and has been a vendor here for years. i am pretty sure they will have a solution for it
