Good news is it looks like I might be able to salvage the cylinder head. The valves in #4 are trashed but it looks like it might need just some valve guides and/or seats.

That is nuts man that really sucks! Good thing it looks like you can salvage the head, rebuild it and toss it back in! How much power were you pushing out of that?
