Today i did a little work on the ZX3 as im preparing to sell it. The blinker switch broke so i got another one at a junk yard. It wasnt exactly the same yearso it required a bit of creativity, chopping, and modifying but its in and it works!

Washed it up and its all ready to go! It really is a nice looking car and its so clean i hate to see it go but on the other hand, it is time to move on and let someone new (my cuz) enjoy it. Besides i can barely keep up with my SVT in modifications and problems, i cant handle two of them! Haha

Just wanted to show a little more of the process of fixing up the rims. There was a nice chunk taken out of one of the spokes so i got out the bondo and you cant even see it anymore! It turned out really nice! Also filled a crack that happened when i was hammering out a dent.

Its beautiful! The rims are going on this week after a few days of drying and ill finally have some nice, white matching rims!

Nice work man. I cant believe I didn't see this sooner.

You're right by me. My wife works in Harleysville. lol.

if you need any spare parts or anything, let me know...I'm building up a good size amount of spares as time goes on.

Im trying to sell my Comp O to start my own Blue SVT build, but in 4-door. :)

I can't wait to start earning money from my new job to start my mod process. I have a 02 ZX3 and I love her. No performance upgrades yet but I've done visual mods and I may paint my rims like yours! I'm 17 as well and it's hella hard to work on my car with school and my extracurricular stuff.

Hope to see more of your car!

Sweet! And yea, i havnt done any performance except CAI but that doesnt really count haha. Im going more for the visual and just building a fun car! But yea painting the rims wasnt real hard. It certainly took time and ended up costing around $100 for everything but it was good experience and they turned out really nice!

Heres some pictures of the repainted rims on the car! They look really nice! Hard to keep clean though.

The car would look really nice if it were an inch or so lower so ill have to be on the lookout for a cheap set of lowered springs.

So i got a hood strut at a junkyard while picking up some other parts and this weekend i decided to put it in! It took some creavitity, grinding and welding but its in! And best part is, cost a total of $5!! Haha. Yay for cheap projects!

Its prettyawesome and really convenient since im always opening the hood! Still got a little work to do with touch up paint but didnt have time to run out for the paint yet.
