When the slave broke, did it get fluid on the disc? If so, its ruined

Good question. One I dont know the answer too. I would assume that it did. I dont know how it wouldnt. It was leaking pretty badly. I am going to try and get to the shop today and let them test drive and see what they think. If it needs a new, clutch, I am just going to have to bit the bullet. Its going to cost about $1000 installed for a stage 3.

Did you call spec when the original slave broke? Can't you just get a new disk and not spend $1000

If just the disc needs to be replaced, everything still needs to be taken apart to get to it, might as well put in a new one.

Thats the part I am looking at, but I can get it cheaper than through CFM. I think the shop charges about $550 to install the new one. Its about 6 hours of labor.

Find local people to do it? Did mine with focus people, started Friday night, done before sat night

they guy at the shop beat on the car pretty good....I told him too. we could not see any slipping. This was after a 45 minute drive to the shop. Maybe everything just needs to be warmed up in order to not slip/?
