Install and try.

I know you can't tune W/O a full version of windows. But I don't think logging makes any difference.

well I managed to stump everyone at tiger direct..they couldnt tell me if the charging cord is OTG "on the go"or if it supports any type of data logging I tried to connect earlier but I was using the wrong version of sct software....I mean I have a full version of of sct 6.5 on the tab now but I haven't tried yet I tried with gen 2 and it wouldn't connect unless I wasn't doing something in order.

Any luck with the data logging Badazz? I have a Mac laptop that I can't/don't want to load the SCT software on. Was looking at cheap Dell or whatever laptop to use solely for the SCT and my Mustang Diablo. Then I thought why not just get a tablet? So Badazz, is it working out for you? Would be much easier to tote around a tablet than a laptop. Anyone else going the tablet route? Any suggestions or ideas would be awesome.

I dont know yet I'm still waiting for an ON THE GO cable Its a data transfer cable that you have to use that supports both charging and data transfer.

Hmmm that's probably why my mini usb cable would work but the one my brother had would not. Mine is probably OTG and his was just for charging. Didn't even think about that. Would like to know how the tab works out for you for datalogging since I have one installed in my dash already it would be great to just use that instead of hauling my laptop out there.
