Nope, the 2.0 L I4 makes 160 hp and 148 lb-ft of torque just like the GDI Ti-VCT engine in the Focus, their 1.4L makes 160 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque, the 2.4 is 184 hp and 171 lb-ft of torque.

On my independent test track (on ramp to i44) I did 3 runs with dart 1.4 turbo manual n same test with my focus...focus pulls on interstate consistently about 5 mph faster...I think some of it is focus has better "pull" thru 2nd gear whereas the dart gears seem to close n short to use the torque. ..

I've seen 14 flat... I'm not looking for 13 flat, just around there. One can hope, right?

14 flat how? The fastest bolt on and tune STs are in the 13s, but not stock, and the NA won't even make base ST power and torque levels on 93 octane vs 87 on the ST.

Being lighter helps, but not nearly enough. If 100 lb of static weight is one tenth in the 1/4 mile the na base hatch with dct is maybe 275 lb lighter than an ST2. That's only 0.275 seconds quicker if it made the same power. The baseline 87 octane results for the ST tested by Cobb was around 200 HP and 266 lb-ft of torque.

Best I've seen was 14.2 @100. I don't think high 13s are impossible.
