awkward idling

i have an 07 focus se with a 2.0 duratec i have an fswerks cool green air in take and the trubendz exhaust but the car recently has been shakey and feeling awkward and a lil sluggish anyone care to explain

I'll venture a guess without really thinking much about it... check your plugs, check the age of the fuel filter and make sure the PCV hose isn't leaking. That part is conveniently located behind the intake manifold.

-bad motor mount\
-Throwing any codes?

Well, you say idling in title then no mention of idle in post at all, or two totally different issues that could cost you a thousand bucks before you get on the right track. Narrow it down, if at idle then check the PCV hose first thing.

Clarity, rookies, it can easily save you next weeks paycheck......................why the other said list could go on and on. You made an all-encompassing post that could easily be anything.

No insult intended of course, but I used you for a public service message.

If that's all you did , did you disconnect your battery cable so everything would reset to learn new perimeters including your CAI and exhaust . Also make sure you don't have any loose connections with any clamps on the CAI letting air slip by .
