Is your name Miley too? o_O and okay. I'll take a look on YouTube as well!

Only a 3" exhaust has shown to gain any power over the stock exhaust. The main bottle necks if you could call them that are the flex and the cat. You'd have to go 3" from the header on back that's including the flex and ORP since they don't make a cat in a 3" size. Has it was said before it's mainly a sound thing and in my opinion the Borla is hands down the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard on a SVT.

hey, so i'm getting a CEL for a bad catalytic converter, muffler shop said they can weld one in for around $300-400. a friend of mine said he picked one up from the parts store for cheap and had them install. any idea of what would fit? or just stick with whatever the shop will put in. i know CFM has a magnaflow on their cat, anyone know which one? any help would be great, thanks.

I have an HKS exhaust my car. The sound is just about right for me. Quiet at cruise, nice bark at WOT. Plenty of nice sounding pops and burbles on down revs. Been told by bystanders that it sounds good accelerating. My $.02

I had a magnaflow on my old SE that sounded good, would recomend. I have a focus sport on my zx3 that I like how it sounds, but I put the big resonator on it to help quiet it down.

RICE sound to me is when you get that hollow noise, Any exhaust will have a throaty sound and larger dia. pipes seem to make that better. It seems that most bad rice is 1.25-2" piping on a fart can. I've yet to hear 2.25"+ with muffelers that sound rice. In fact I think my FS sounds mostly like a loud car when WOT accelerating and most of the throat is lower RPM cruising or random revs. I even had a knock off APEX WSII (same parts just left SS instead of coated) on a civic I used to have and it sounded fine just like I described.
