any t3 or t3/t4 will fit with my kit as long as its got a 4 bolt outlet. if you can only find a 5 bolt i may be able to work with that as well but would need your turbo. the turbo you pic will depend on your power goals, spool goals, and budget. most people want 100% of all three and that that is hard to get with out find a sweet deal on a used turbo

the filter is simple. any brand such as k&n, vibrant, summit, etc will work just fine. the larger you can fit the better.

pretty much any turbo will get you that. you dont have to spend the money a gt series if you dont want. something as small and simple as a super 60 will get you that.

Lets say that I get your kit and turbo and I install it all properly, what else would I need to do before I turned on the ignition? I heard something about tuning, is that something that will make a big whole in my pocket? or i there a cable I can buy and just plug in my laptop?

It's both. You need a laptop to log what doing and to load tunes with an xcal 3 software device. Focus power and race part solutions and fswerks all tune the focus with different $ ranges

Is there any that you know works and is good for a budget build?

Another quick question, would it be better to rebuild my engine first and then get a turbo or vise versa? and how much more expensive would a set of rods and pistons be? Do I need to get them all at the same time or can i get pistons and rods one month and then gets new cams and valves another? (sorry I'm so full of questions, googling is so hard to get exact answers)

The stock Zetec can handle 230-240 whp. Anything after that needs a solid bottom end.

if you have have taken good care of your engine and have good even compression across all cyl it will last as a DD on 220-240whp just fine with a good tune.

Tom at Focus-Power is a great tuner. you will need at least a flasher like xcal and a wideband and mafia to tune mail order.

you will need a tune and injectors to run the kit. a stock clutch will do ok at 220whp.

a built engine is not to expensive but isnt necessary unless you have a goal above what the stock engine can handle.

Would there be anyway for the piping not to go through the fender wall. I relocated my battery so I can go straight up from there.
