2012 Focus SE Hatchback w/sports package vs 2012 focus Sedan base model Suspension

Just curious to know if any of you have a focus SE with sport package that does not have suspension noise. Mine always makes creaking/crunching noise when driving over speed bumps or bumpy roads. I thought it's normal with these cars since everyone here is complaining about it. A few days ago I rented a 2013 Focus base model and it didn't have any suspension noises.

Please share your experience!

If you look you'll find there are TSB's for the noise.

Hi basit_105,

I recommend bringing your Focus in to your dealership so they can perform an inspection. Additionally, I'm happy to check out ways I can help; send me a PM with your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership so I can get to work. :)

I dropped it off at the dealer and they are currently working towards the solution. I will contact you if the noise does not go away after repair.

Sounds like a plan, basit_105; I'll be here if you need my assistance.
