2011 stock exhaust manifold

hello everyone.

this has been on my mind for a wile and is probably a stupid thing to do but has anyone hallowed out they're cat on the manifold? would that make it have better flow like a header. and then just do the second o2 sensor delete with the tuner? if anyone knows about this im kinda interested

If your trying to get your mani/cat flowing= Why not just get a '05-'07 ST mani/cat? Its the best flowing one out there. You could have your tune w/ the rear o2 delete. I'd also have the egr deleted too.

Compare a 23 st w/ the 20 log style mani/cat.

It would...if you notice on aftermarket headers, they list 2.0 and 2.3 as the same model. Switching from a 2.0 to a 2.3 stock header would be the same. So check the junk yards for ST's and 03-04's with the 2.3

that 2.5 fusion should bolt right up shouldn't it? everything is almost the same on those cars compared to my 2011?

ill have to look into that. I would also need to either tune the rear o2 sensor or get a spark plug non fouler?
