4 bolts 13mm under access plate on engine, 10mm for that. had a guy come through who knew a little more than me and we got it out :) still a little confused but now not because of the car or engine, but because of no transportation and too few dollars and the best place to get my supplies to make my repairs :) but im back in business.

Good glad you got it out. I was worried I was feeding you the wrong info on those 4 bolts.

No man, you have been a major help during this process. But I do got another ?
when getting the wiring harness out did you have to drop gas tank?

I might differ here because mine is a station wagon.

Your suppose to, but from the B-pillar back the harness is the same.

I got a complete zetec harness, then spliced into the spi harness just before the harness forks off for the shifter right next to the passenger seat.

Oh and BTW hatch, sedan and wagon are all exactly the same car from the rear tires foward. Same wheel base, same interior room. Only thing different on the wagon is the rear suspension.
