Yeah I that clip up on the fuel line at the firewall couldnt figure it out so I stuck a flat head in there an pried it out, dont exactly want a repeat when I pull the new engine, so whats the proper method for that fitting cause I was stuck on dumb with that thing, 4 small flat head screwdrivers? I don't think there is anything wrong with usuing a flat head screw driver, or any other tool to remove a clip as long as you don't break it. I have a special fuel line tool for that. But I have known to use a screw driver to undo clips all the time.

i really hope i didnt mess up trans...
the engine did not want to come apart from trans gonna give it another go here in a little bit, but flex plate would not slide away and i lifted the car a few times. man i suck at engine swaps not to mention broke a few peices on my engine along the way.

gonna have to put the engine in much more carfully then taking it out. why is life so difficult?

what bolts? i mean i got everything disconnected as far as engine, and engine to bellhousing bolts but i will look for more, but i wasnt aware of bolts between flex plate and torque converter i will look. i looked at the pics in your thread it appears to slide right out.

You rotate the converter there is a hole in the bell housing to access each bolt with a socket, I don't remember how many there are.

I'm sorry to be confusing. It looks like nuts and not bolts. I didn't do this part. I had a friend helping me he actually pulled the engine while I was at work. But I was carful to photograph everything and ask how he did it for cases like this. If you want to wait a couple hours I can get the correct info to you when I see him at work today.

I also think the the access hole is on the bottom of the bell housing.
