lets talk clutches "I need help"

so a quick break down of what I have going on with my car 03 SVT with around 90xxx I just put a turbo kit on and while going to do some data logs my clutch has started to slip at high RPM " i figured it would happen sooner than later"

so as of right now I am running a stock clutch with a torsen T2

the plans for the car when It's finally tuned is to be @ 300 give or take a few to the front wheels

so now I've been looking at clutches and fly wheel combos and I'm not to sure what I want/need

I've been looking at CM line up and the FX300 and FX400

and I'm lost on if I should go with one of them


I do like a firm clutch but dont want anything crazy stiff since I do daily drive the car and 25% of the time I'm stuck in traffic

I will also be auto Xing the car along with drag racing so I need a clutch that can handle that abuse as well.

so any suggetions or thoughts would be great

idk about the svt one but in my mtx 75 I am running the fx400 4 puck and is barely eve more noticeably stiff than stock, great feel

I will be doing CM Fx400 when I have the funds, why buy a CM Fx300 when you can get the CM Fx400 for the same price at CFM. I'm going to be doing the 6 puck for my DD, 4 puck will be more aggressive.

I have the Clutch masters FX300 and it grabs pretty damn good and the pedal isn't stiff at all. Feels just like a stock clutch.

Also I am around the 300whp mark and I have no problems what so ever.
