Looking to buy a focus-

Ive been on the hunt to buy a focus.. prefer a 05-07. Went and looked at a 5 speed SES 05 wagon last night but it was to beat for me.... Really want an ST... came across this car last night. Price seems pretty cheap to me and the lowest priced ST i have seen. Looks good in pics but I have been burned before.

I have a hold on the car until tomorrow so i can look at it without them selling it on me.

any input? any key things to look at that go wrong with these cars? Im a die hard ford guy and have owned and do own a bunch, but have never owned a 4 cylinder. Im mainly looking for a daily driver thats good on gas, but i also want the fun factor. If and when i do find the right focus im thinking a Eibach Pro System with EAP wheels, tints, and thats about it.

any input would be great- anythings to look for with these cars?

Just the normal things you'd look at a used car thats from the same time frame. In '05 they switched to the duratec as the only motor (2.3 for the STs and 2.0 for everything else.) They have a timing chain, so that probably wont need to be replaced until 150k+. The 5 spd manual trans on the ST is pretty solid as well. Just check for wear items...Mostly just get the car checked out, if it was taken care of it should be fine.
