Stuck in a pickle :(

I have a 12 SEL Sedan and it's alright, but I would much prefer a hatchback. I'm looking for about 16k used and I found the SAME exact car as mine, 12 hatch, sel w/ leather but it's still an automatic. I have the dct right now and have no problems with it at all and I've never owned a car with m/t. Since the odds of me finding a hatch with m/t and leather for 16k are slim to none, should I just go ahead and get this dct hatch and then keep it until I can get a used ST? Or maybe even an RS (If I make that moola).

The car payments would stay at 240 a month.

Ford has a lot of year-end incentives going on right now for the '13 models, including 2 (two!!) $500 rebates on manual transmission models. I saw the prices on used '12 models and just went for a brand new one - got my '13 SE sport manual/leather for $17,5 + TTL.

Talk about someone's fantasy, that's not terribly likely.

I can foresee a 2.3L EcoBoost I4 like the engine speculated for the 2015 Mustang and an as yet potentially unnamed Lincoln, but not a V6, and no AWD given that the head of the Global Performance Vehicles Team before he left said they didn't have a performance AWD system that would fit underneath the C-Car chassis used by the Focus. Sure the Escape technically is a C-car variant now, but that AWD setup is not meant for performance at all.

IMO, don't waste your money on a ST and don't even think about a RS.
It would be like me (someone who knows little or nothing about wine) buying an expensive bottle of wine.
Why not consider a "regular" Focus with a MT?

Lol @ this thread.

If you didn't like the car, you shouldn't have bought it in the first place.
