Yes, they will fit fine. If you can't find the center-bore, you can still mount them lug-centric.

Got a pic of the wheels?

Hey dyno, how flush will I be with the offset? I like it clean but not sticking out ,but not to far in like the stock tires.

It will fit pretty nicely with 235's. Any further out than ET40 and I would be recommending 225's or rolling the fronts, as I had rub on occasion with 235's on ET35. Here is a shot of mine on 235's at ET35 with Pro-Kit springs-

I based my search off a 2009 C70 and I'm showing the center bore as 63.9, the exact same as the Focus. I would even sell some of the exact same wheels with the same ET/width and lug hardware for both. I think they should be a bolt on part with no issues. I've also got several 18X8's with 40mm ET and 38mm ET so I wouldn't worry about the 45 you have. Go for it!

For reference, the center bore for the Focus is 63.4mm, not that .5mm is going to make that hell of a difference. Might want to update the info for accuracy.

I show the 63.4 listed for a 2002, but I believe he was asking about his 2012 model.
