zx3 cams?

hey all, i was just going over some options for upgrades and i think i'm leaning more towards NA now, rather than boosting my ZX3. only problem is FSWerks doesn't have any camshafts listed. is there another reputable site that i can get good cams at? is there something about the concept i'm not understanding?

thanks so much

I don't mean to hack the OP's thread but I'm also looking to buy some stage 1 cams for 2.3 but I can't make up my mind between crower and crane. I've read mixed reviews on both. There are some specs listed below; open to all opinions

Crower Stage 1
Advertised Duration:
Intake / Exhaust
268 / 252
Duration @ .050"
220 / 214

Gross Lift
.374 / .363

Lobe Center
114

Crane Stage 1
Duration Intake @.050": 212
Duration Exhaust @.050": 204
Advertised Duration Intake : 232
Advertised Duration Exhaust: 224
Lobe Separation: 110
Valve Lash Intake: 0.01
Valve Lash Exhaust: 0.012
Gross Valve Lift Intake: 0.374
Gross Valve Lift Exhaust: 0.354

I went w/ the cranes over the crowers. I like the narrow lobe centers, yeah you can buy a set of gears & adjust them. I'm used to v/8's & running narrow lobe centers. I will say the cranes made a big difference, by the way. The Crowers probably could have done the same. Two different directions to get to the same place perhaps.

I went with the cranes as well. For the zetec I would have gone crower.
